What to bring. . .
First, consider the following reasons for packing moderately!
- Things change—you change rooms and roommates every quarter, and you have to lug around everything you bring. Your roommate(s) may have brought lots of things, too.
- Principia does not insure the house storage rooms, and your storage area is small. There is limited space in a high security storage area for valuable possessions, but basically you’re responsible for your possessions—don’t bring anything too valuable.
- Remember, if you’re in a sports camp before the quarter starts, pack things for sports camp separately from the things you’ll drop off and store in your dorm for the quarter.
