The Principia accepts Christian Scientists who are regularly attending a Christian Science Children's Room or Sunday School. At least one parent should be an active branch church member. Parent(s) must be willing for the applicant to grow in his or her understanding of this religion and have Christian Science treatment in case of physical and non-physical needs.

Principia's director of admissions will be happy to talk with parents and prospective students regarding these important points.

Every application is given careful consideration in three areas: the student's academic and citizenship record, the student's and parents' desire for a Principia education, and a commitment to Christian Science.

Step 1: Create an account, complete application and review application activity.

Step 2: Fulfill Academic reference requirements
           Email reference forms to someone.

(All Upper and Middle School applicants).* One reference to your current or most recent English and Math teachers and the third reference to a teacher of your choosing.

*Not required for Lower, Pre-School or Acorn applicants.

Step 3: Fulfill Christian Science reference requirements
           Email reference forms to someone.

Upper, Middle, Lower and Pre- School applicants should have one reference completed by their current Sunday School teacher and another from a branch church member who knows the applicant well. For Acorn applicants please submit one Christian Science reference from a branch church member who knows the applicant and/or the family well.

Step 4: Request an official copy of grades showing at least two complete years' work plus the current year. If the student has taken any standardized tests we need those results as well.

Step 5: Mail or email a picture of the applicant.
