Address Changes

If your address changes, please contact the Human Resources Department immediately so the address displaying on your pay check can be updated.

Status Changes

If your martial status changes or you have changes to your claimed dependents, please discuss these changes with the Human Resources Department to determine whether changes are appropriate on your W4 and insurance and retirement benefits.
