The endowment provides meaningful funding that directly benefits Principia students and faculty—from financial aid and classroom innovation to athletic programs and campus care. Managed with a long-term perspective, it serves as a dependable source of support for both campuses, ensuring that Principia has the means to deliver a strong, accessible educational experience remains strong and accessible for years to come. These funds are not spent directly; instead, a portion of the investment earnings is used each year, while the principal remains intact. Because most endowment gifts are restricted by donor intent, they can only be used for the purposes originally designated, ensuring long-term, mission-aligned support.
